RInfra to sell entire stake in Delhi-Agra Toll Roadway for Rs 3,600 crore

Company News: Dependence Infrastructure Ltd Thursday said it will sell its whole stake in Delhi-Agra Toll Roadway to Singapore-based Cube Highways for Rs 3,600 crore, following which the Anil Ambani drove organization's obligation will be decreased by 25 percent to not as much as Rs 5,000 crore.
Dependence Infrastructure (RInfra) has gone into a settlement with Cube Highways in such manner.
