International News:Exchange talks between the US and China are advancing and the two sides plan to draw nearer to an arrangement this week, White House financial guide Larry Kudlow said on Wednesday as mediators arranged to begin a crisp round of talks in Washington.
Talks between the two monetary powerhouses made great progress a week ago in Beijing, Kudlow told correspondents at an occasion facilitated by the Christian Science Monitor.
